If your package is stalled or lost in transit, you may contact support@reset360.com to request a replacement or refund if:

  • 15 business days lapse between tracking scans on Domestic shipments

  • 25 business days lapse between tracking scans on International shipments

If your tracking status was updated to "Delivered," but you can not find the package on your property, contact support@reset360.com to request a replacement or refund if:

  • the package has not arrived after 15 business days have elapsed since the "Delivered" tracking status update on Domestic shipments

  • the package has not arrived after 25 business days have elapsed since the "Delivered" tracking status update on International shipments
