25 business days lapse between tracking scans on International shipments
If your tracking status was updated to "Delivered," but you can not find the package on your property, contact support@reset360.com to request a replacement or refund if:
the package has not arrived after 15 business days have elapsed since the "Delivered" tracking status update on Domestic shipments
the package has not arrived after 25 business days have elapsed since the "Delivered" tracking status update on International shipments
