Vanilla Green Milkshake
Ingredients:
- 1-2 tbsp. chia seeds soaked in unsweetened coconut, almond, or hemp milk for 3-4 hours
- 2 scoops Reset360 All-In-One Shake (vanilla)
- ½ avocado
- 4-6 pieces dinosaur kale (stems removed)
- Additional unsweetened coconut, almond, or hemp milk (to desired taste/consistency)
- A handful of ice cubes
- DIRECTIONS: Blend and enjoy!
Gingerbread Shake
Ingredients:
- 1 cup brewed rooibos chai tea (easy to find, either hot or cold)
- 1-2 scoops Reset360 All-In-One Shake (vanilla)
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon allspice
- 2 teaspoons ground ginger (or a tablespoon or two of fresh-squeezed ginger juice)
- ½ cup unsweetened almond or coconut milk
- 2 tablespoons almond or cashew butter
- Stevia to taste (optional)
- DIRECTIONS: Blend until smooth. Drink warm for optimal digestion.
Mint Chocolate Chip Shake
Ingredients:
- 2 scoops Reset360 Chocolate Shake (or similar protein powder)
- 1-1⁄2 cups unsweetened coconut or almond milk (or less to make your shake thicker)
- 1 cup fresh chopped mint leaves
- 1 scoop Reset360 Super Greens powder
- 1⁄4 cup raw cacao nibs
- 4-5 ice cubes
- 1 tablespoon cacao nibs (optional)
- DIRECTIONS: Blend all ingredients in a high-powered blender until smooth. Garnish with cacao nibs.
