We have a few different shakes that serve different purposes. We do not carry any shakes currently with whey. Read more below on each shake's unique properties.

All in One Shake: This shake containing 22 grams of vegan protein (from an easily assimilated proprietary blend of pea, potato, and chlorella proteins – a welcome alternative to more allergenic casein, soy, or egg-based protein sources.), 8 grams of fiber, and 1 gram of sugar is a great way to replace or supplement your daily meals. Dr. Sara’s personally formulated shake includes essential vitamins and minerals all in one shake. Ideal as a meal replacement or as a quick meal on the go.

The low sugar and plant-based protein in the All in One shake allow the person to control the insulin response after consuming this shake.

A nice choice for everyone, including vegans and vegetarians, dairy-sensitive individuals, and anyone desiring an all-in-one, multivitamin-mineral protein combination formula as part of their daily diet – these shakes are also safe for children and the elderly.
