The packet is a once/day packet. It is intended to be used alongside your own regimen. It supports blood sugar, metabolism, and thyroid and can be used before, during, and after a weight loss program. This also contains a multivitamin with phytonutrients along with omega 3's so it’s a great daily packet that can be used long-term.
