In order to see the maximum hormone balance and weight loss results, we highly recommend sticking to the food plan and detox schedule. The best way to do this is to PLAN AHEAD and keep plenty of healthy foods and snacks on hand for “emergencies.”

That being said, just do the best you can. If you get off-track, you can always jump right back on again! There’s no such thing as “failing” the detox – and most participants are pleasantly surprised at how easy it is to stick with the plan once you get started.
